These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MailMaster software and the website mailmaster.tech. By purchasing or using MailMaster, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
MailMaster is an AI-powered email automation desktop application that helps agencies, course creators, and SaaS founders manage email sequences, personalisation, and delivery. It is sold as a one-time purchase perpetual license — not a subscription.
Upon successful payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
You may not sublicense, resell, rent, or redistribute the software.
MailMaster includes built-in AI capabilities including inbox prioritisation, thread summarisation, reply drafting, and automated sequences. When you use AI features, relevant email content is transmitted securely to our AI processing infrastructure to generate results in real-time. This content is processed ephemerally — it is not stored, logged, retained, or used for any purpose beyond generating your immediate result. We do not build profiles from your email content or share it with third parties.
All purchases are processed securely by PayPal. Payments are encrypted and protected by PayPal's 256-bit SSL. Upon successful payment you receive an automatic email with your license key and download link.
Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal balance, and PayPal-supported local payment methods depending on your region.
We offer a 14-day refund on all purchases, no questions asked.
You agree not to use MailMaster to:
Violation of these terms results in immediate license termination without refund.
MailMaster is provided "as is." We make no warranty that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. You use it at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MailMaster's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the software shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or data loss.
MailMaster and all related content, trademarks, and software are owned by us. These Terms grant you a license to use the software — they do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
