- Email address — when you subscribe to our newsletter or download a free resource
- Purchase information — name, email, billing country, collected by Paddle (our payment processor) on your behalf
- License key activation data — email used to activate MailMaster software

- Usage data — pages visited, time on site, referring URL, browser type (via Google Analytics)
- Cookies — session cookies, analytics cookies, and preference cookies (e.g. newsletter dismiss state stored in localStorage)
Information processed by the MailMaster desktop app
The MailMaster desktop app connects to your email accounts (Gmail, Outlook, IMAP/SMTP) to display and manage your inbox. Regarding your email data:
- Email credentials — stored locally on your device only, encrypted. Never sent to MailMaster's servers.
- Inbox content — your emails remain on your email provider's servers (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) as normal. MailMaster reads them via secure IMAP/OAuth connections to display them to you.
- AI processing — when you use AI features (summarisation, priority ranking, reply drafting, follow-up sequences), the relevant email content is transmitted securely to our AI processing infrastructure to generate your result in real-time. This content is processed ephemerally and immediately discarded — it is not stored, logged, or retained by MailMaster after processing.
- We do not build profiles from your email content, read your emails for any purpose beyond delivering the feature you requested, or share email content with any third party.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver your purchase and license key
- To send newsletters and email marketing you opted into (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- To provide customer support
- To improve our website and product using aggregated analytics data
- To comply with legal obligations
3. Payments — Paddle as Merchant of Record
All purchases on MailMaster are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, sales tax collection, and related compliance. When you purchase MailMaster:
- Your payment details (card number, billing address) are collected directly by Paddle and never stored on our servers
- Paddle's Privacy Policy applies to your payment data: paddle.com/legal/privacy
- Your receipt and invoice will show Paddle as the seller
- To request a refund, contact us at hello@mailmaster.tech within 14 days of purchase

MailMaster is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We use HTTPS encryption for all pages. Payment data is handled entirely by Paddle on PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. We do not store credit card details.
