Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with MailMaster. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we make it easy to get your money back.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All MailMaster purchases come with a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund guarantee.

  • You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund
  • No need to explain why — just email us and we'll process it
  • There are no partial refunds or store credits — you get your full payment back

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email hello@mailmaster.tech with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your order number (from your Paddle receipt email)
  3. We'll confirm and initiate the refund within 1 business day
  4. Funds will appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank

How Refunds Are Processed

MailMaster payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Paddle. If you paid by:

  • Credit/debit card — refund returns to the same card
  • PayPal — refund returns to your PayPal balance

After 14 Days

Refund requests made after the 14-day window are reviewed case-by-case. We may issue a refund at our discretion if there is a technical issue we cannot resolve. Contact us at hello@mailmaster.tech to discuss.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline a refund if there is evidence of abuse of this policy (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund of the same product).
