Connect your inbox in 5 minutes

MailMaster connects to Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Yahoo, iCloud — and any email provider — using App Passwords. No data leaves your device.

What is an App Password?

An App Password is a special 16-character code your email provider generates for third-party apps. It gives MailMaster access to your email without sharing your real password. You can revoke it at any time in your account settings.

Gmail
Requires 2-Step Verification to be enabled
  1. Go to myaccount.google.com
  2. Click Security in the left sidebar
  3. Under “How you sign in to Google”, click 2-Step Verification (enable it if not already on)
  4. Scroll down to App passwords and click it
  5. Under “Select app” choose Mail — under “Select device” choose Other and type “MailMaster”
  6. Click Generate — copy the 16-character code
  7. In MailMaster: Add Account → Gmail → paste your email + the App Password (not your real Gmail password)
Outlook / Microsoft 365 / Hotmail
Hotmail, Live.com, Outlook.com, and Microsoft 365 accounts
  1. Go to account.microsoft.com

  6. In MailMaster: Add Account → Outlook/IMAP → paste your email + the App Password
Note for Microsoft 365 (work accounts): Your IT admin may need to enable app passwords for your organisation. If the option isn’t visible, contact your IT department.
